REFUND POLICY

If you are not totally satisfied with your Noopii® products

We hope that you love your Noopii® products as much as we do. However, if you are not happy for any reason send them back to us within a reasonable time (unused) and we will either send you a replacement or arrange for a full refund to your credit card. The cost of getting them back to us is yours, but we cover the cost of shipping any replacement.

When ordering cartons please choose your nappy size carefully as we are unable to refund or swap individual packs of nappies from a carton.

If your Noopii® products are damaged or faulty in any way, we will either send you a replacement or arrange for a full refund. No cost to you.
